The life of my roof has been renewed, gutter guards are secure again, ventilations and flashings are renewed, and the guys cleaned up everything afterwards (they left it looking better than when they started...no one else has ever done that)! The home has rafter tails, which I thought for sure would need to be adjusted. But the team made it happen, and the entire team communicated with me throughout the process. I received a contract to review, we went over it together, made changes easily based on my requests, then another phone call to set up the day and time on the schedule, and a lovely hello we are here at the house phone call from the crew. I now don't have to worry about water runoff hurting the exterior of my home - peace of mind for this gal. 5 out of 5 starsDezi is that rare kind of individual with that “ can do - no matter what it takes” mentality coupled with his expertise and the utmost concern for follow thru that we all wish for, but rarely experience . I am not one who typically posts reviews , however my recent experience in working with Dezi Holland has compelled me to do so given his expert handling of our roof issues from start to finish! My husband and I recently completed a total home renovation, and we experienced multiple instances of poor workmanship and zero customer service , so Dezi was truly a breath of fresh air! No matter what we tossed his way (the situation being somewhat complicated), he responded efficiently, effectively, and professionally . We simply cannot say enough positive things about Dezi’s wonderful service with the end result being a beautiful, very high quality roof . Dezi is personable and has worked diligently to successfully resolve any issue that has arisen. We value his diligence in making sure the smallest detail is accomplished to our satisfaction. Dezi has been acutely aware of budget constraints, has not pushed us into “extra projects “ that were not significant “value add” to the overall project, and represents the perfect balance between the needs of the customer (us) and the desires of a potential buyer.
